Frequently asked questions

Yes. For twelve months from activation there is no subscription fee, no setup fee, and no per-transaction charge from BillBasket on the POS or App. (Standard third-party costs that aren’t ours — such as bank or payment-gateway charges where applicable — are outside our control, and we’ll always tell you about them upfront.)

There isn’t one. We’re not collecting a card to charge later, and there’s no “free for now, pay to unlock” tier. We built this software for businesses that sell every day — and these organizations sell too, at fairs, stalls, and stores. We’d rather they have the right tools.

We’ll talk well before the year ends. You’re free to continue on a regular plan, move to something else, or simply stop — your data is yours, and we’ll help you export it cleanly.

The age and credential requirements are firm for each track. If you’re close but not quite there, email us anyway — we’d rather hear from you than miss you.
